Grove Manor is a non-profit corporation affiliated with the Allegheny Region of the Churches of God. We are committed to the Christian vision of hope and healing.

We believe in the inherent worth and dignity of each unique person, that our residents are providentially entrusted into our care, and that we are called to share in Christ's compassion and ministry to them.

Our mission at Grove Manor Nursing Home is to offer quality and holistic care to our ill and aged residents, and to provide them a loving and compassionate environment, attending carefully to their physical, spiritual, and emotional needs.

Our aim is to ensure a comfortable, well-maintained facility, a high-quality food service, an array of professional health and therapy services, a variety of social and recreational activities, and a Biblically based, non-sectarian spiritual ministry.


Grove Manor is a leading provider of long-term skilled nursing care and short-term rehabilitation services. Our 59 bed nursing and rehabilitation center offers a full continuum of services and care, focused around each individual in today's ever-changing healthcare environment. Grove Manor has been serving Mercer County since 1971. We are located in a residential neighborhood less than ¼ mile from the local hospital.

Grove Manor Personal Care offers both private and semi-private accommodations for individuals who require support and assistance. We help residents with their routine activities, while assuring that they retain the freedom of living independently.

This unique continuum of care is located within ¼ mile of downtown Grove City and within 7 miles of the Prime Outlets with convenient access to both Interstates 79 and 80. this location provides a unique opportunity for residents to enjoy many of the areas events and activities.
